PRE-PRODUCTION ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELLED DURING THE PRE-ORDER PHASE.
April 2021
Start accepting pre-orders.
At this stage we collect all pre-orders and pass them to the factory. You will also receive an order confirmation email.
You will also receive status updates of each and every step of the production process leading to the day of shipping your order.
June 2021
Production process.
Our manufacturing partner will start the production in China. Production of all orders will take approximately 3 weeks and once completed it's then handed to the quality control team for extensive testing which will take approximately 1 week to ensure the quality and functionality of each bike before packing and shipping them to our warehouses in Europe and United States.

Start shipping.
As soon as the bikes arrive to our warehouses, carriers will begin the fulfillment process, you will be then notified by email with the tracking information.
Sometimes things get a bit out of hand and stuff happens that can’t be planned for: the factory misses a production deadline or a shipment gets damaged during transit. Those things could cause a delay. We are using an experienced logistics team to get our beloved E-Bike to you safely. We’ll keep open and transparent with you through our process so you know where your bike is and when it’s going to get to you.
